Mindfulness, or the ability to pay attention to present moment experience with non-judgmental openness, curiosity, and a willingness to be aware of all aspects of what is truly present, is at the heart of our work.
Erik Conklin has brought together a team of magnificent mindfulness practitioners and workshop facilitators who each have a wide variety of strengths and talents who are able to connect with a wide variety of participants.
